Tuition and Fees will be billed to your student account. 

Accommodations and Food  
All meals are provided by the Earth Sciences department, which will collect dietary restriction information from students directly. Transportation during the program is by van.  Your Faculty Director will provide a detailed schedule of lodging and contact information prior to the program. 

Additional Food, Local Transportation, and Spending Money  
It is recommended that you have access to $200-$300 for personal items, snacks, and any meal costs above those covered by the program.  You should have access to sufficient funds to meet these expenses. ATMs may be hard to access in some locations. Most merchants will take credit and/or debit cards. 

Airfare  
Round-trip transportation to Flagstaff, AZ, and home from Missoula, MT is estimated at $1,000. This amount will be reported to the Financial Aid Office. This Round Trip Transportation estimate includes transportation to and from campus to Boston ( $400 estimate), a flight with no change fee to Flagstaff ($300 estimate), and a flight from Missoula ($300 estimate).
